The Gandrud Auto Group 250 brings the best of the ASA Midwest Tour to Wisconsin International Raceway on Tuesday, August 4, battling for a $15,000 top prize and a place in Midwestern racing history.

The Gandrud Auto Group 250 has developed into a long-standing tradition, taking place at the Kaukauna, Wisconsin half-mile on the first Tuesday in August since 1981. Past winers of the event include legendary names such as Mark Martin, Kyle Busch, Dick Trickle, Rich Bickle, Jr. and Joe Shear. No one has won the event more than Steve Carlson, a seven-time winner in the race.

Ty Majeski hopes to close the gap on Carlson on Tuesday. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion is a five-time Gandrud Auto Group 250 winner, pursuing his sixth win in the event.

He'll have to battle several past Gandrud Auto Group 250 winners, including defending champion Luke Fenhaus, 2021 winner Paul Shafer, Jr. and 2017 winner Casey Johnson. There are also ASA Midwest Tour champions seeking their first Gandrud Auto Group 250 win, including Gabe Sommers and Andrew Morrissey, as well as past Kulwicki Driver Development Program champion Ty Fredrickson.

Fans can watch Tuesday's Gandrud Auto Group 250 via pay-per-view broadcast. The broadcast is available for $34.99, with coverage starting at 5 p.m. CT/6 p.m. ET for qualifying. Racing begins at 6:30 p.m. CT/7:30 p.m. ET.
