Helio Meza (No. 28 Alessandros Racing / SLR-M1 Chevrolet Camaro) has quickly returned to his dominant ways in the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series, winning his fifth pole of the 2026 campaign at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The Spring, Texas-native was able to get around the iconic 2.439-mile road course in 1:27.568, picking up his sixth career pole position. Meza triumphed against Team SLR teammate Alon Day, winner of the division’s most-recent event at Lime Rock Park, posting a lap more than a tenth of a second quicker than the four-time NASCAR Euro Series champion.
Ethan Tovo (No. 10 Dick’s Sporting Goods Toyota Camry) was the third fastest in qualifying at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course, collecting a career-best starting spot in the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series for Nitro Motorsports.
Gavin Gleitsman was fourth, continuing an uptick in performance from the driver of the No. 51 Exron Capital / ImageFX Chevrolet Camaro that first showed itself with a fourth place start at Lime Rock Park on Memorial Day Weekend.
Adrian Wlostowski, the only driver running double-duty between the CUBE 3 TA2 Series and the Trans Am Series by Pirelli (running the GT Class), rounded out the top five. Thomas Merrill, the 2018 TA2 West winner at Indianapolis, will roll from sixth, with Jace Denmark, Jackson Tovo, Lanie Buice, and Tanner Reif rounding out the top-10.
Both Denmark (seventh) and Reif (tenth) picked up career-best starts in the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series.
All 32 drivers entered between the CUBE 3 TA2 Series and the PRO/AM Division turned a lap in time trials from Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s Road Course.

In just his second start in the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series PRO-AM Division, Tim Carroll, piloting the No. 46 CRD MFG Inc. Chevrolet Camaro will be leading the glass to the green flag at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday.
Carroll laid down a quick time of 1:29.755 in Saturday’s time trials for the division, placing him ahead of CUBE 3 TA2 Series PRO-AM points leader Jared Odrick by just under a tenth of a second (0.085 seconds). Carroll and Odrick were the top two in Saturday’s practice, but since then, Odrick has closed down the gap between first and second.
Michael LaPaglia was third quickest, less than two tenths of a second off polesitter Carroll, with Cale Phillips sitting fourth and Keith Prociuk rounding out the top five. JC Meynet, Preston Peables, Jim Gallaugher, Patrick Paul, and Aiden Dorvee completed the top 10.
The entire PRO-AM Division, from first-place Tim Carroll to 14th-place Matt Gray was separated by only 4.6 seconds.
Carroll will roll from 17th-place on the overall grid on Sunday.
