The CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series is a proving ground for up-and-coming racers seeking to climb the racing ladder. That will be on display this weekend at Watkins Glen International when the ARCA Menards Series takes the track on Friday.
The General Tire 100 on Friday, May 8 puts the ARCA Menards Series on center stage during NASCAR's annual visit to the New York road course. Eight drivers out of the 33 entered for Friday's race boast ties to the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series.
Tristan McKee currently leads the ARCA Menards Series East points standings, with two wins on the year. Last year, he scored four wins with the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series en route to the championship. One of those wins came at Watkins Glen International, giving him plenty of experience and confidence entering Friday's race.
Last year, Sam Corry finished second in CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series points to McKee, including a win at Lime Rock Park. He is currently third in TA2 points for 2026, behind Helio Meza and Alon Day. While Corry made three ARCA Menards Series starts last year, this will be his first chance to show off his road course ability with the series.
Thomas Annunziata has four career wins in the CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series, including two during the 2025 season. Those wins came in the opening rounds at Sebring International Raceway and Road Atlanta. Two years ago, Annunziata finished seventh in the ARCA Menards Series event at Watkins Glen.
Carson Brown is another CUBE 3 TA2 Architecture race winner in Friday's field. Brown made five TA2 starts in 2025, including a win at Virginia International Raceway. Brown finished third in last year's TA2 event at Watkins Glen International won by McKee.
Tyler Kicera finished second in that TA2 race at Watkins Glen in 2025, joining McKee and Brown on the podium. Kicera has made 35 career TA2 series starts, including wins at Virginia International Raceway in 2020 and the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL in 2022.
Max Reaves has impressed already in his career, including eight career wins on the ARCA platform. The Trinity, North Carolina driver broadened his horizons in April, making his TA2 debut at Sonoma Raceway during the JM Environmental Trans Am Doubleheader weekend. Reaves finished 19th in the Saturday race, and improved to seventh in the Sunday feature. Reaves hopes to take the lessons learned from his Trans Am debut to Watkins Glen this weekend.
Like Reaves, Jake Bollman has made a lone Trans Am appearance to round out his racing skillset. He piloted the No. 75 Silver Hare Racing entry to a 10th place finish at Barber Motorsports Park in 2025. Bollman enters Friday's General Tire 100 as the points leader for the ARCA Menards Series.
Gavan Boschele has boasted a stellar and diverse resume during his young career, proving he can win on both dirt and pavement. He also made three TA2 starts in 2023, including a pair of top-10 finishes at Road Atlanta and NOLA Motorsports Park.
The General Tire 100 takes the green flag on Friday, May 8 at 1:30 p.m. ET. Television coverage of the event will be provided on FS2.
