UARA Preparing for Second Half of 2025 Season

The ”Frank Grill Memorial” is shaping up to be another strong event for the National and South Alabama Speedway. The UARA Sportsman also continue to be one of the most affordable and competitive divisions in grassroots racing. In seven events this season, the series has averaged over 26 cars.

Fast forward into October, the fastest blue-collar racing series in the country heads back to Mobile International Speedway for the Johnny’s RV Backyard Brawl 125, Crown Vic 40, Pro Truck 32, CV Powder Puff, and now Sprint Cars will be added to the card for that night. Sprint Car event organizer Fred Fayard has made no secret of his desire to return pavement sprint car racing to Mobile, and UARA welcomes them.

The UARA season concludes on November 29 with the 10th Annual Bill Bigley Sr. Memorial at Freedom Factory, crowning champions for the UARA National Super Late Models and UARA Sportsman.

And what’s better than all that? The 2026 season will be here quicker than we realize, and it promises to be even bigger and even better. New venues, new partnerships, new divisions, and a few surprises await!
