Stephen Nasse flexed his muscle to kick off the Coca-Cola Blizzard Twin 100s on Friday night at Five Flags Speedway, leading every lap to win the Tibbetts Lumber 100.

Nasse jumped to the lead ahead of pole-sitter Bubba Pollard at the start of the 100-lap race and maintained his advantage for the duration of Friday's contest. As the checkered flag flew, Nasse crossed the line 1.131 seconds ahead of Hunter Robbins for the victory.

Last year's Snowball Derby winner, Nasse was excited to be back in victory lane at Five Flags Speedway in the second race on the Road to the Snowball Derby for 2026.

"You're never comfortable when you've got guys like Bubba and everyone else that was right there with me," said Nasse in victory lane. "It makes you stay up on the wheel. Those lapped cars didn't make it too easy. These guys form Anthony Campi Racing, they did such an amazing job bringing me a fast race car.

"It's definitely great to get back into victory lane, especially here in Pensacola after that Derby win. To be able to come back and do it again feels pretty good."

Friday's race was a rare instance, by Nasse's own admission over the years, of a solid qualifying effort for the Pinellas Park, Florida driver. Better known for his furious charges to the front after qualifying deeper in the field, Nasse almost sounded disappointed to win from the pole on Friday.

"I know if I get a car that can qualify, I can do it," said Nasse. "I like putting on a show for the fans. It's not much of a show if you go out there and lead every lap. Hopefully, tomorrow, we'll get a couple of spots back where I can pass some cars and put a good show on for everybody."

Robbins, a former Allen Turner Snowflake winner, finished second while piloting the No. 17 typically driven by Hudson Bulger. It was Robbins' first pavement Late Model start in several years, but he proved he could still run up front in the stout field of Late Model competitors.

"Thank you to the Bulger family for letting me drive their race car when they couldn't be here," said Robbins. "I'm filling in for these two races. I've been out for a couple of years now. I'm a little worn out, but we had a really good car. Getting through traffic, we needed just a little bit to be a bit more comfortable, but we were pretty good.

For Spencer Davis, an adventurous night ended with a third-place finish. He was running fourth on lap 61 when he brushed the wall and limped to pit road under caution with a pair of flat right-side tires.

It appeared that would dash Davis' chance at a strong showing, he recovered in the NEXUS Racing No. 96 for a third-place effort.

"A really good crew, man," said Davis. "They got us back out there and got this thing fixed up. We had a little bit of an issue and ended up getting two flat tires. Hats off to the Nexus GMS team. They got us in and out, got everything straightened up enough that we could wheel it. Had to come from the very, very back, behind everybody. If we had just had one caution, it could have been interesting. It might have been interesting if I could have caught lapped traffic a little bit better. That's Five Flags for you, on these long green flag runs."

Pollard finished fourth, with Dustin Smith rounding out the top five.

The Coca-Cola Twin Blizzard 100s continue on Saturday, June 13 with the Cook Out 100 at Five Flags Speedway. Fans can tune in on RacingAmerica.TV, with coverage beginning at 7 p.m. CT/8 p.m. ET.
