Kyle Steckly will be fighting for two championships in 2026, including a full-time effort on the ASA STARS National Tour with Wilson Motorsports.

Steckly will team up with Wilson Motorsports for a full-time campaign on the Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA STARS National Tour in 2026.

Wilson Motorsports claimed the 2025 ASA STARS National Tour championship with driver Cole Butcher, and hopes to repeat in 2026.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Wilson Motorsports with the level of prestige and track record that they have,” said Steckly in a team release. “The drive that Donnie has and has instilled within his team is what I absolutely love.”

“Kyle’s experience the last few years running in Canada and the ASA STARS series will make him a great asset joining our team, and we look forward to Kyle joining our list of winners at Wilson Motorsports,” said Wilson Motorsports owner Donnie Wilson.

“With Kyle behind the wheel of the Number 22 APC CANUSA Toyota Camry in 2026, we feel not only can we can defend our ASA STARS National Tour Championship, but also go after a Tom Dawson trophy at the Snowball Derby.”

The two-time APC United Late Model Series champion will work with crew chief Bond Suss as part of the effort.

“I’m incredibly excited to have Kyle join Wilson Motorsports,” said Suss. “Kyle’s dedication, work ethic and drive to improve stood out to me immediately. As Crew Chief, I’m looking forward to working closely together, building strong communication and competing at a high level every time we hit the track.”

Steckly won the 2024 Redbud 400 at Anderson Speedway for his first career ASA STARS National Tour victory. The Canadian driver has accumulated three top-fives and 11 top-10s in 22 ASA STARS National tour starts.

Steckly will also join the Toyota Performance Center Program as part of the move to Wilson Motorsports.

“Being able to be part of Toyota Racing is huge," said Steckly. "I can’t say enough about how excited I am to work with their driver development program and do all that I can to take my racing to another level - both on and off the track.”

Along with his Super Late Model appearances stateside with Wilson Motorsports, Steckly will again pursue the APC United Late Model Series championship. Steckly is an 11-time race winner with the series, claiming its top honors in 2023 and 2024.

“I look forward to racing against the best late model drivers north and south of the border in the two most competitive late model series, with two amazing teams in 2026," said Steckly.

Steckly joins Jett Noland on the list of confirmed drivers for Wilson Motorsports for 2026. Earlier this week, Wilson Motorsports announced that Noland will field the team's No. 20 entry in the ASA Southern Super Series presented by Sunoco.

“I’m excited to join Wilson Motorsports and compete alongside such a strong and motivated team,” Noland said. “I’m ready to get after it and chase results.”

Noland's effort is backed by Cohen Law Group, with Alex Query serving as crew chief.

The ASA STARS National Tour season begins on Tuesday, February 10 at New Smyrna Speedway with the Clyde Hart Memorial. Steckly's bid for a third APC United Late Model Series title will begin on May 9 at Delaware Speedway.
