Anderson Speedway, Racing America Reach Broadcasting Agreement

Salem, IN – ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS officials have released the entry form for the series 2022 season points opener at Anderson Speedway on Saturday, April 9th. That event will be the first of 12 events scheduled for the ARCA/CRA Super Series during the 2022 season.
The April 9th event is the first points event in the ARCA/CRA Super Series Team Construction 26th season of competition and the first event of the Team Construction 26th Season Attendance Bonuses, which will award a $1,000 cash bonus by random draw after the series fourth points event of the season from the drivers that attended all four of the first four events.
Anderson Speedway is where the series had its first ever event on Saturday, April 26, 1997. April 9th will be the 73rd series event that Anderson Speedway has hosted since that Saturday in 1997, the most of any track the series has raced at. April 9th will be the only opportunity for the ARCA/CRA Super Series teams to get some racing on the tight quarter mile prior to the prestigious 56th Annual Greg Hubler Automotive Group Redbud 400, which will take place on Saturday, July 16th, one of the most prestigious Super Late model events in the country.

Anderson Speedway is once again posting $5,000 for the winner of the April 9th 125 lap event, an increase of $2000 over the normal winner’s payout for a series 125-lap event. Anderson Speedway hosted two series events during the 2021 season. 2019 ARCA/CRA Super Series Champion Greg Van Alst picked up his first ever series win in the series 125 lap event on May 22nd. Kyle Crump won the Redbud 400 for car owners Stan and Judi Rosen on July 12th.
Anderson Speedway has open practices scheduled for March 19th and March 27th, pits open at 1pm each day, open practice will go from 2 to 5pm.
There will be an open practice at Anderson Speedway on Friday, April 8th, pits open at 3pm and practice will run from 4pm until 7pm. Pits open on Saturday, April 9th at 12:30pm. Practice will begin at 3pm with qualifying starting at 5pm. The race program will begin at 6pm and will include the 125-lap feature for the ARCA/CRA Super Series.
