"We are extremely pleased to be able to announce our Partnership with Racing America,” said Anderson Speedway president Rick Dawson. “Working with Colin [Smith] and his staff is a truly enjoyable and mutually beneficial relationship that will only grow in the future. We have worked diligently the last several years to build the Redbud 400 into one of the finest experiences in racing. Working with Racing America's technology and experienced staff will only move this event to an even higher level.”

“The Redbud 400 along with many other events at Anderson Speedway that Racing America will be a part of, should give the fans more than they expect,” added Dawson. “We are excited for 2022 and can’t wait for the racing season to begin!"

“We are thrilled to be able to bring racing from Anderson Speedway to Racing America for the next two years,” said Racing America president Colin Smith. “It is both a track steeped in history and an exciting venue for short track racing. We know our fans will be excited to watch racing from Anderson.”

Anderson Speedway opened in 1948 and has continuously operated since that time. The quarter-mile oval has corners banked at 17 degrees, producing high speed racing and lightning-fast lap times.

The Redbud 400 is Anderson’s premier stock car racing event, and for many years it was a staple on the American Speed Association (ASA) schedule. It is now one of the crown jewel events for the ARCA/CRA Super Series powered by JEGS. Past Redbud 400 winners include Mark Martin, Alan Kulwicki, Dick Trickle, Kyle Busch, Daniel Hemric and Erik Jones.
