AUSTIN, Texas – October 2026 – With just one race remaining in the 2026 Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli season, Adrian Wlostowski and Compass Manufacturing International (CMI) are preparing for a decisive championship showdown at Circuit of The Americas (COTA), November 5–8. Behind the wheel of the No. 3 CMI Mustang, Wlostowski enters the season finale just one point behind Ethan Tovo for third place in the TA2 PRO championship standings, setting the stage for an exciting conclusion to another highly competitive season.
Wlostowski and the F.A.S.T. Auto Racing team head to Austin carrying momentum from a string of consistent performances, most recently earning a fifth-place finish at Virginia International Raceway on September 20. Starting ninth on the grid, Wlostowski worked his way through the competitive TA2 PRO field, gaining four positions to secure another top-five result. The performance followed a fifth-place finish at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, keeping Wlostowski firmly in contention for third in the championship.
Now, all attention turns to Circuit of The Americas, where the final race of the season will determine the championship standings. With just a single point separating Wlostowski from third place, every position on track could prove critical. The 3.41-mile, 20-turn circuit presents a unique challenge, combining long straights, heavy braking zones, and technical sequences that will test both driver and machine. With a championship podium position on the line, Wlostowski and the F.A.S.T. Auto Racing crew are focused on maximizing every opportunity throughout the weekend.
“We’ve put a tremendous amount of work into this season, and to be heading into the final round fighting for a top-three championship finish says a lot about the dedication of everyone involved,” said Wlostowski. “The competition in TA2 is incredibly strong, and we’ve had to work hard for every result. I’m grateful for the continued support from CMI, our partners, and our entire crew. We’re going to COTA focused on putting together our best possible weekend and finishing the year strong.”
The 2026 season has seen F.A.S.T. Auto Racing continue to compete against some of the strongest drivers and teams in the TA2 PRO field. Despite setbacks throughout the year, the team has remained consistent and kept the No. 3 Mustang in the championship fight. Their efforts have positioned Wlostowski for a shot at a top-three finish in the final standings.
For Compass Manufacturing International, the COTA season finale marks the conclusion of another season supporting Wlostowski and F.A.S.T. Auto Racing. The partnership has been an important part of the team’s continued development and competitiveness, with the support of CMI and fellow partners Howe Racing Enterprises, AMT Motorsport, Stilo USA, and Spot-On Services helping make the 2026 campaign possible.
With the championship battle coming down to the final round, Wlostowski and the F.A.S.T. Auto Racing crew arrive in Austin with a clear objective: put together a strong weekend, fight for every position, and close out the 2026 season with a place on the TA2 PRO championship podium.
The 2026 Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli season finale takes place November 5–8 at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas.
