Parella Motorsports Holdings acquired Racing America in December 2025, uniting the intensity of Trans Am, the legacy of SVRA, the excitement of open wheel and sports car competition, the spirit of short track America, and the passion of generations of fans.

Parella Motorsports Holdings and SpeedTour have also rebranded as Racing America following this acquisition. The events formerly known as SpeedTour feature series such as the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA), the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli, Formula Regional Americas (FR Americas), Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.), Ligier Junior Formula Championship (Ligier JFC), and International GT (IGT).
