Carson Hocevar claimed two of the three Xfinity Fastest Lap awards at Texas Motor Speedway, while Justin Allgaier earned the award for the NASCAR Xfinity Series event on Saturday.

Hocevar set the fastest lap of the race for both the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series SpeedyCash.com 250 and the NASCAR Cup Series Würth 400. On Friday, Hocevar turned the fastest lap of the Craftsman Truck Series event on lap 131, with a time of 29.742 seconds. The Michigan driver finished 17th in the event won by Corey Heim.

As Hocevar is declared to earn points in the NASCAR Cup Series, he did not receive the bonus point for the Xfinity Fastest Lap in this race. However, the No. 7 Spire Motorsports entry still earns a bonus point in the owners standings, just as the No. 07 Spire Motorsports did at Bristol when Kyle Larson set the fastest lap in that race.

In Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series event, Carson Hocevar logged a fast lap of 28.556 seconds. That lap came on the second lap of the Würth 400, with Hocevar leading the field.

He started on the pole for Sunday's race and led the first 22 laps. Hocevar earned stage points during both stages of the race, but finished 24th after being involved in an incident with Ryan Preece late in the race.

This was Hocevar's first NASCAR Cup Series Xfinity Fastest Lap Award. Michael McDowell, his teammate at Spire Motorsports, has earned the award three times so far during the 2025 season.

Meanwhile, Justin Allgaier claimed his third Xfinity Fastest Lap award of the season in the Andy's Frozen Custard 300 at Texas Motor Speedway. He set a time of 29.824 seconds on lap 114 for the honor.

That lap came during a 50-lap stretch where Allgaier led the field during Saturday's race. Allgaier led 99 laps in total during the event, but was involved in an incident with Kris Wright and finished 35th.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and NASCAR Cup Series head to Kansas Speedway this weekend.

The Heart of Health Care 200 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series takes the green flag on Saturday, May 10 at 7:30 p.m. ET. Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series AdventHealth 400 starts at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 11.
