NASCAR Cup Series
Revamped All-Star Format Announced for 2026 Event at Dover Motor Speedway
Feb 25, 2026
Tyler Reddick's historic run to start the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season continued on Sunday.
Reddick won the DuraMax Texas Grand Prix powered by RelaDyne at Circuit of The Americas, giving him three wins in the first three Cup Series races of the season. It marks the first time any driver has opened a NASCAR Cup Series season with three consecutive victories.
Coming off victories in the Daytona 500 and the Autotrader 400 at EchoPark Speedway, Reddick claimed the win by leading 58 of the race's 95 laps and finishing nearly four seconds ahead of Shane van Gisbergen.
Van Gisbergen entered Sunday's race with five consecutive wins on the road courses in NASCAR Cup Series competition, as well as a win in Saturday's NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series event at COTA. Christopher Bell finished third, with Ty Gibbs and Michael McDowell rounding out the top five.
The next stop for the Cup Series is the Straight Talk Wireless 400 at Phoenix Raceway on Sunday, March 8. Coverage airs at 3:30 p.m. ET on FS1, the Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
