Parker Eatmon, a former winner of the prestigious Thanksgiving Classic at Southern National Motorsports Park, will run a partial schedule in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series next season, driving for Niece Motorsports.

Eatmon will get behind the wheel of the No. 42 Chevrolet Silverado RST in select events, while still contesting a healthy number of Late Model events.

"I'm really excited for the season to start next year as I make my Truck Series debut," said the 19-year-old Late Model standout. "Niece Motorsports has fielded some very competitive trucks throughout the years, so I'm looking forward to stepping into one for the first time. It's been fun getting to know everyone on the team, and I think we will be able to have some good runs next year."

This past season, the Wilson, North Carolina-native competed full-time in the zMAX CARS Tour for Hettinger Racing, where he collected a pair of top-five results and six top-10s -- finishing 12th-place in final point standings.

Eatmon is the latest driver from the zMAX CARS Tour to be promoted into NASCAR's National Series, and as Niece Motorsports heads into a new season, with a new ownership group, the developmental series has been the perfect gallery for the team to select some strong up-and-coming racers.

"We have a strong driver lineup for next year, and I think Parker Eatmon is one to keep an eye on," said Cody Efaw, Niece Motorsports President and CEO. "We've been paying close attention to the talent coming out of the CARS Tour because we believe that it's one of the strongest development series out there. Parker has contended for wins there, which makes him a great candidate for a Truck Series seat. We're looking forward to seeing what he is capable of."

Eatmon will complete his first laps behind the wheel of a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series entry in January, when he straps behind the wheel of a Niece Motorsports-prepared vehicle during a two-day organizational test at Rockingham Speedway.

The 19-year-old driver is the latest piece of the driver lineup for the team's No. 42 Chevrolet Silverado RST to be announced, as he'll join ARCA Menards Series West race-winner Tyler Reif and CARS Tour winner Conner Jones as pilots of the entry, as well as other drivers that will be announced at a later date.

Furthermore, sponsorship partners for Eatmon's efforts in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and personnel for the No. 42 Chevrolet and the remainder of the Niece Motorsports team will be announced at a later date, as will the remainder of the team's driver lineup.

The 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series campaign is set to begin with the season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway on Friday, February 13 at 7:30 PM ET on FS1. The first race for Eatmon will be announced at a later date.
