Modifieds of Mayhem Snowball Derby 75 Moved to Monday, December 8

With the concern of inclement weather, Modifieds of Mayhem Tour and Five Flags Speedway officials have rescheduled the series' traditional Snowball Derby weekend event to Monday, December 8.

The decision was made with consideration for the number of teams entered for the event, as well as the distance some of those teams are covering to travel to Five Flags Speedway as part of the 58th Annual Snowball Derby.

"With the impressive Modified of Mayhem entry list, many of whom are traveling 10 to 12 hours and more, the high probability of rain chances for Friday has persuaded track and series officials to re-schedule the event to Monday afternoon, December 8. All other scheduling is currently remaining as planned."

More than 40 cars are entered for the Modifieds of Mayhem Snowball Derby 75. The event has traditionally been a Friday night fixture during Snowball Derby weekend, following pole qualifying for the Snowball Derby. Along with Modifieds of Mayhem strongholds such as Florida and Alabama, states such as Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Nevada and West Virginia are represented on the entry list.

This year, the Snowball Derby 75 is a non-points event for the Modifieds of Mayhem. Ryan Price claimed the 2025 Modifieds of Mayhem Tour championship.

While no other changes have been made for the Snowball Derby weekend schedule, officials did lay out a preliminary plan for further schedule alterations if necessary in the announcement.

"In the event that Thursday night races are rained out and weather does permit racing on Friday night, Pro Trucks, Sportsmen and Pure Stocks may be moved to that time slot. The Crown Stock Invitational is also currently remaining in the Friday schedule."
