Winchester Announces Bonus Opportunities for Double, Triple-Duty During Winchester 400 Weekend

Racers want to race, and Winchester Speedway knows exactly how to give them more chances to shine. During the 54th Running of the Winchester 400 presented by Vore’s Welding & Steel, the speedway will award special bonuses to Late Model drivers who take on multiple divisions across the weekend. The three-day racing extravaganza is set for Friday-Sunday, October 10-12, 2025.

Drivers competing in the Vore’s Welding CRA Sportsman, JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour presented by Chevrolet Performance, and Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA STARS National Tour features will be eligible for a $5,000 bonus pool, to be divided among all drivers who pull double or even triple duty. Payouts will be based on points earned for laps completed, ensuring that the more effort a driver puts in across divisions, the greater their reward compared to fellow multi-race competitors.

On top of that, long-time supporter Steve Vore has stepped up with an additional $1,000 in bonus money. This includes:

• $500 to the highest finishing Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman driver in the Winchester 400

• $500 to the highest finishing JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour driver in the Winchester 400

“Charlie Shaw understands that racers love to race, and this program gives drivers extra incentive to push themselves all weekend long,” said Winchester Speedway officials. “With multiple chances to race, compete, and now earn bonus money, the Winchester 400 weekend just got even bigger.”

The 54th Annual Winchester 400 weekend, one of the crown jewels of short track racing, will feature three days of high-intensity action capped by the 400-lap Super Late Model classic on Sunday. Fans can expect to see some of the nation’s top drivers put their endurance and skill to the test on the legendary high banks of Winchester Speedway.
