Watermelon Special for Fans This Weekend at Cordele Motor Speedway

The first 15 spectators to bring a watermelon to Cordele Motor Speedway for this weekend's Super Fest Series event and Ray Ingle Memorial 54 will receive free General Admission.

Cordele Motor Speedway has a unique promotion this weekend, befitting the short track located in the Watermelon Capital.

For this weekend's Ray Ingle Memorial 54 and Super Fest Series event at the Cordele, Georgia venue, the first 15 spectators to bring a watermelon to the admissions gate will receive free admission to the race. The promotion is presented by Georgia Watermelon Association, which is also the sponsor of Cordele's Pro Trucks division.

Grandstands open at 3 p.m. ET for the event on Saturday, February 21. The race is headlined by the Ray Ingle Memorial Outlaw 54 and a 125-lap feature for the Super Fest Series.

The Ray Ingle Memorial 54 will draw top Outlaw competitors to Cordele for the event, while the Super Fest Series paves the road to the Cohen Law Group World Crown 300 for Super Late Model racers.

Drivers such as Jake Finch, Jett Noland, Colin Allman, Michael Goddard, Jesse Dutilly and Daniel Webster have been announced as pre-entries for Saturday's Super Fest race. Pre-entries for the Ray Ingle Memorial Outlaw 54 include Hunter Burns, Kyle Lowry, Gary Goodwin and Nick Shelnut.

The Pro Trucks presented by the Georgia Watermelon Association and Crown Vics will also be in action during Saturday's event. Qualifying and heats begin at 5 p.m. ET, with feature racing at 6 p.m. ET.
