Richardson, Barnes, and DeCaire Score Saturday Night Victories at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway
Nov 8, 2026
Stephen Nasse stayed hot on Sunday afternoon at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, winning the 41st All American 400.
Nasse battled Carson Brown in the closing laps and held off the likes of Kasey Kleyn, Matthew Craig and Jade Avedisian in the closing laps for his second victory in the marquee Super Late Model event.
Nasse lost the lead to Brown on a restart with 71 laps to go but gained a reprieve with a late caution on lap 282. On the ensuing restart, Nasse cleared Brown from the inside lane, while Brown spun behind him after contact with Avedisian.
"I knew I needed a good restart," said Nasse. "I kind of let him get by when I was on the outside. I thought I had him, but he come right by me. He was so fast at the beginning of a run. He's really good at manhandling a car. I knew I had an opportunity to get on the inside of him and I made the most of it."
With another late restart, Nasse stayed out front as the field battled for second behind him.
"It wasn't easy. I thought I gave it away to Carson there. We had that hard run in there. I don't really think I had anything involved with it. It was a great day for Anthony Campi Racing. We had the fastest cars here, by far. Preston [Peltier], this P1 Chassis is just amazing. I'm really looking forward to the Derby."
Coming just weeks after a victory in the World Crown 300 at Cordele Motor Speedway, Nasse is stringing together showcase wins to close out the 2026 season. Among the races circled on his calendar is the Snowball Derby, where Nasse claimed the victory one year ago on a restart violation issued to Ty Majeski.
"I want to go back to the Derby and go back-to-back," Nasse said. "I want to win it straight-up, give nobody nothing to complain about."
With the victory, Nasse joins a list of multi-time All American 400 winners which includes three-time winner Jeff Purvis and fellow two-time winners Wayne Anderson, Gary Balough, Mike Garvey, Eddie Hoffman, Butch Miller and Freddie Query.
While cars battled on the late restarts, 2021 All American 400 winner carved his way through the chaos for a runner-up finish.
"Our car, we struggled throughout the middle of the race, a little free, a little tight," said Craig. "We kept working on it, got it better. There at the end, the seas just kept parting for me. People wrecking, hitting each other and whatnot. I just kept getting lucky.
"I mean, I got a little lucky, got up to second, but it was a good run. Our car was decent. It just needed to be a little bit better."
Avedisian rounded out the podium, finishing ahead of Treyten Lapcevich and Kyle Steckly.
"The Campi cars were really good," Avedisian said. "All I could ask for was a shot there. I had a shot, just, I don't know. He was a little quicker, and then Kasey and I got into it. He just drove through me off two and the 54 gets by me. It is what it is. On to New Smyrna."
The ASA STARS National Tour closes out its 2026 season next Sunday, November 15 at New Smyrna Speedway with the Florida Governor's Cup 200.
