The Reveal The Hammer Outlaw Super Late Model Series takes the green flag on its 2026 season Saturday, May 2 at Berlin Raceway, with a field of 30 cars entered for the event.
The Midwest-based Outlaw Late Model Series will contest six events during the upcoming 2026 campaign, starting with Saturday's opener at Berlin. The race will be the ninth trip in series history to the 7/16-mile oval in Marne, Michigan.
All four of the series' previous winners at Berlin are entered for Saturday's contest. Tyler Roahrig is a three-time Reveal The Hammer winner at Berlin, and also holds the series' track record at 14.760 seconds. Brian Bergakker and Steve Needles are both two-time winners at the track, while Phil Bozell won last year's season finale at Berlin.
Roahrig won the 2025 Reveal The Hammer championship, his first championship with the tour. Steve Needles is a three-time series champion, while Mark Shook won the title in 2023.
The entry list also includes notables such as past series winners Blake Childers and Adam Terry, as well as 2023 NASCAR Canada Series champion Treyten Lapcevich. The full entry list can be viewed below.
The season opening event also serves as the "Tribute to Harley Boeve" for the series. Harvey Boeve was the former owner and operate of Port City Racecars before retiring in 2020. Boeve passed away last week, and will be honored with a "missing man" formation prior to the start of Saturday's race. The feature race will also be extended to 61 laps in tribute to Boeve's signature No. 61.
