The 2026 schedule begins with ten stops at ten different facilities and features traditional marquee events for the international stars as well as several exciting changes.
After several weeks of planning, Officials with the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour announced today the 2026 Schedule of Events for North America’s most historic Late Model touring series with 14 point-counting events on a fifteen-stop schedule. Along with the $60,000+ Milton CAT point fund and $20,000 champion’s share on the line, the 2026 schedule begins with ten stops at ten different facilities and features traditional marquee events for the international stars as well as several exciting changes to shake up the season!
For the sixth consecutive year, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour will begin the season on the region’s grandest stage with the Northeast Classic at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on April 18. The popular season opener at the 1.058-mile oval, New England’s NASCAR Cup Series home, will once again set the tone for the season with everyone looking to join a who’s who list of winners at the Magic Mile!
One exciting addition comes early on April 25th with the first of two appearances at the famed Lee USA Speedway on New Hampshire’s seacoast. The New Hampshire Governor’s Cup 150 will mark the first time since 2023 that the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour has graced New Hampshire’s Center of Speed. The Tour will also return as part of the famed Oktoberfest weekend on October 17th for the first time ever!
The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour returns home to Thunder Road International Speedbowl for the first of three visits in 2026 on May 2nd and 3rd for the 28th annual Community Bank 150. The touring stars will go head-to-head with the hardnosed Maplefields/Irving Late Model regulars again on Sunday, September 6th in the 48th Labor Day Classic 200 presented by EastRise Credit Union and once more for the non-point 64th Vermont Milk Bowl presented by Northfield Savings Bank on October 4th and the famed Booth Bros/Hood Milk Qualifying Day on October 3rd.
Saturday, May 9th brings the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour to their lone stop at the Star Speedway in Epping, New Hampshire for the Coastal Clash 150 before the second exciting addition to the 2026 schedule on Sunday, May 31 with an appearance at Groveton, New Hampshire’s Riverside Speedway for the Great North Woods 150. In conjunction with the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models and PASS Modifieds, the re-minted ACT Twin State Flying Tiger Series will also make the popular return to the North Country oval.
Saturday, June 6th will be the first of two visits for the Tour to Seekonk Speedway in Massachusetts for the 51st Spring Green 126 before returning to the Bay State oval to crown the 2026 champion on Saturday, October 24th with the annual Haunted Hundred.
The international tour will make back-to-back trips to the Canadian Province of Quebec starting with the Claude Leclerc 150 on Saturday, June 27 at Autodrome Chaudiere in Vallee-Jonction. After a two-week break, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour returns to La Belle Province for the CAN-AM 200 at Autodrome Montmagny on Saturday, July 18. Both Quebec events will pay $10,000 to the winner in 2026.
Saturday, August 1st brings the 9th annual Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 at White Mountain Motorsports Park to complete a three-in-a-row series of $10,000 to win showdowns for the international stars. Along with the longest event of the season, White Mountain Motorsports Park will also host the 48th Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Fall Foliage 200 on Saturday, September 19th.
In a packed season, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour will make just one visit to the famed Oxford Plains Speedway in Oxford, Maine to once again headline the annual Night Before the Oxford 250 with the Pine Tree State 125 on Saturday, August 29.
“We’re very happy with how the 2026 schedule came together,” said ACT managing partner Cris Michaud. “Once again we’ve got a little bit of everything for both the race fan and the racer alike with great purses, another big Milton CAT point fund and some really great facilities and events on our calendar.”
Along with today’s schedule release, the ACT offices in Barre, Vermont have also released the updated ACT Late Model and ACT Flying Tiger rulebooks as well as license and registration forms for the upcoming season.
The 2025 finalists will be awarded over $60,000 in point fund money and contingency awards at the annual Banquet of Champions on Saturday, January 3 at the Capital Plaza in Montpelier, Vermont. Ticket information is available for applicable teams online at www.acttour.com/forms.
