APC United Late Model Series Releases 2024 Season Schedule

Since 2015, the APC United Late Model Series has been a staple in the Ontario short track racing scene, which will continue once again in 2024 as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary season of Pro Late Model competition. Fans will once again be able to spend their summer long weekends with the series at their favourite track. After holding three longer distance races last season and getting nothing but positive feedback from fans and competitors, we are working with everyone to finalize plans for these events once again in 2024 and as always, the minimum number of laps for any event will be the traditional 100 laps.

The series will kick-off on its familiar Victoria Day long weekend, Saturday May 18th, at Sunset Speedway, located in Innisfil, Ontario. Fans, drivers, and sponsors alike will be able to flock to the speedway campground for this long weekend event and the official start of summer in Ontario. This will be the 7th time we started things off at Sunset at their action-packed Spring Velocity weekend.

After Sunset, the series goes on a summer stretch beginning with Flamboro Speedway near Hamilton, On. who will host a pair of events again in 2024 with the first visit being on June 8th and then we head back to “Hamilton’s Asphalt Arena” for Round 5 on July 13th. The stars of the APC Series will once again visit “Canada’s Toughest 1/3rd mile”, Peterborough Speedway on June 15th for the third event on the schedule where the racing has been fantastic since our return. From there drivers and fans will celebrate Canada Day with a big weekend on June 29th at Delaware Speedway for our first visit to the 1⁄2 mile, located just outside London, On.

The dog days of summer will feature our annual visit to The Beach, Sauble Speedway on August 3rd for the Civic Holiday long weekend which is always popular with fans and teams. The series will then head back to Sunset Speedway for its second stop on August 10th. The penultimate event on the tour will once again be the second stop at Sauble Speedway on August 24th.

The ninth and final event of 2024 will see the APC Late Model Series head back to Delaware Speedway for a massive Great Canadian Race Weekend on September 7th where the 2024 series champion will hoist the mammoth 42-pound series championship trophy.
