The Easter Bunny 150s weekend gets underway Friday at Hickory Motor Speedway. Before the cars hit the track, here are 10 things to know about the Easter Bunny.

- In addition to the Super Late Model events, the Mid-Atlantic Street Stocks and Legend events will be in action this weekend at Hickory Motor Speedway.

- Both PASS Easter Bunny 150s will be 150 laps. The first race will be on Friday and the second will be on Saturday. This weekend will mark the 22nd running of the event.

- Ben Rowe is getting to run the Easter Bunny 150 for the 16th time. The two-time winner has three overall wins at Hickory and 14 top-10 runs on the historic short track. Ben missed the first Easter Bunny race, which was won by his dad Mike Rowe.

- This race will mark the first two races of the 2022 PASS National Super Late Model Series. The next race will be at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park (CT). From there, the National Championship consists of events at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Stafford Motor Speedway, Seekonk Speedway, the Oxford 250, White Mountain Motorsports Park, the Thompson World Series, and the Oxford finale.

- William Byron will be on hand Saturday while also running the NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday at Atlanta Motor Speedway (GA). Byron has won a Super Late Model event at Hickory Motor Speedway and being teamed up with Donnie Wilson Motorsports could lead to a solid result on the weekend.

- Preston Peltier, not expected to be in attendance, is the only five-time winner of this race. Along with his five wins, he has a second and a third for seven podiums in the Easter Bunny 150.

- DJ Shaw has three podium finishes in the Easter Bunny 150 with a win in 2014. He was in the thick of it in both races last year and will look to add a second win this coming weekend.

- Prior to last year Derek Griffith never had a solid run in the Easter Bunny 150. He posted a ninth-place finish in 2017 and was eighth a year later. His first solid showing with PASS at Hickory was leading 22 laps in the Mason-Dixon MegaMeltdown in 2018. He would return to post back-to-back wins in 2021 and now looks to be the first driver to win the race three times in a row.

- Surprisingly, this year's Easter Bunny marks the first time Eddie MacDonald has raced at Hickory Motor Speedway.
