Tucker Anderson Becomes Youngest Winner in Topless Outlaws Dirt Racing Series History
Aug 5, 2024
Tanner English’s incredible run since joining Coltman Farms Racing continued in a big way on Saturday night at Duck River Raceway Park.
English, piloting the No. 96 Longhorn Chassis for the team based in Maysville, Georgia, banked $20,000 for winning the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series Deep Fried 75 Saturday evening.
The $20,000 payday is the biggest in the history of the Coltman Farms Racing team.
“This is big,” English said upon emerging from his race car. “It was hard to watch this race happen last year when I was at Cedar Lake just knowing how much I love this place. My win record is pretty good here.”
The key moment of the race came on Lap 45, when leaders Ashton Winger and Dale McDowell came together down the backstretch while battling for the race lead. Both drivers retired from the race, allowing English to take command of the race.
English went unchallenged for the remainder of the race to secure his first Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series win of 2024 and the second of his career.
The victory adds to an already strong summer for English and Coltman Farms Racing, which included two DIRTcar Summer Nationals wins and the Week 4 Summer Nationals championship.
“I can’t thank everybody on this car enough,” English said. “Coltman Farms picked me up when I was down and on an open trailer and trying to barely make it on my own. It was pretty cool to get that call. I appreciate Brett. I can’t thank him enough.”
Tanner would also like to thank his sponsors Supreme Enterprises LLC, MPM Marketing, M&M Painting & Construction, Longhorn Chassis, Seay Motors, Custom Automotive, Clements Racing Engines, SRI Performance, Wiles Driveshaft, Bilstein Shocks, Swift Springs, K1 RaceGear, StrangeOval, VP Racing Fuel and DirtCarLift.com.
