With the format for the 2024 NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway officially announced, the fan vote has opened at NASCAR.com. As a result, drivers not yet locked into the Main Event have already begun their campaigns to win the hearts of the public in an effort to secure their place in the field for the prestigious event.

The first driver to drop their campaign video should come as no surprise. It was Justin Haley, the same driver who has been the first to arrive at nearly every Driver's Meeting so far this year. And boy, oh, boy did the video deliver.

The Rick Ware Racing driver starts the video by vowing, "I will rip that wall," and then he claims that he will lower inflation, and obvious jab at political ads. Haley is then seen removing tire pressure from a Goodyear Racing tire.

The video continues to make chuckle-inducing moments as Haley says, "I will and let the camera pan around me for an awesome hero shot," as the call of an Eagle rings out in the background.

The promises placed by Haley continue to get increasingly bolder and more hilarious.

"Once you vote me into the All-Star Race, Puppies will never age, every day will be 70 [degrees] and sunny, and the Jibbitz you put on your Crocs won't ever fall off."

The camera then shows Haley's pair of NASCAR Crocs with a whole slew of Jibbitz on them.

"We need someone that will take on the NASCAR establishment," Haley states as photos of Kyle Larson, William Byron, Kyle Busch, Ryan Blaney, Chase Elliott, Martin Truex Jr., Joey Logano, and Denny Hamlin appear, and then laser beams begin shooting from their eyes.

"That someone is me," Haley proudly proclaims. "Justin Haley, driver of the No. 51 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Rick Ware Racing.

Haley then asks the fans not to just vote yes, but to vote HaleYes.

"I'm Justin Haley and HaleYes, I approved this message," Haley says as an Eagle flies behind him in his hero pose. "Vote early, and vote often."

Haley, 24, has one career NASCAR Cup Series win, which came at Daytona International Speedway in 2019.

After two consecutive full-time NASCAR Cup Series seasons with Kaulig Racing in 2022 and 2023, Haley moved to Rick Ware Racing for the 2024 campaign.

While Haley's fan vote campaign video had hilarious reasons to vote for the driver, the racer has also been giving fans reasons to vote for him based on merit with what he has done on track this year.

This season, the driver has spent 571 laps inside the top 15, which equates to 19.7% of the season. That is a significant stat as the No. 51 Rick Ware Racing car spent only 13 laps (0.7% of the season) inside the top 15 through the opening 10 races of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season.

While the increased speed in the No. 51 car has only resulted two top 20 finishes, Haley and the No. 51 team have been a much more common fixture toward the top-half of the field so far this season.

If luck can start landing their way, the pairing should churn out some solid results down the stretch.
