A new season of racing is just around the corner at Bowman Gray Stadium. You can be a part of the excitement during the 2024 season by applying for one of several job positions at the historic track.

Available positions include Pace Car Driver, Victory Lane Coordinator, Program Sales Manager, Pit Steward, Sponsorship and Hospitality Assistant, and Public Relations and Official Weekly Program Support Staff.

Weekly racing has taken place at Bowman Gray Stadium since 1949. This year, NASCAR acquired Winston-Salem Speedway Inc., the lessee of Bowman Gray Stadium, and assumed control of racing operations of the historic racing venue under lease with the City of Winston-Salem. NASCAR has named Austin Shuford, who was previously part of Track Enterprises and worked at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway as a promoter and manager of events, the new general manager of racing operations for Bowman Gray Stadium.
