At each ARCA/CRA Super Series and JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour event during the 2022 season, Sweet Manufacturing will sponsor the Sweet Move of the Race Award, which will be awarded to the driver making the “Sweetest” move during each event. Sweet Manufacturing will award a $50 Product Certificate to each event's award winner.

In addition, Sweet Manufacturing will award each series 2022 Champion with a $500 Product Certificate and will award a $300 Product Certificate to the driver in each series who finishes second in the series 2022 Chase for the Championship.

“As we continue to grow and develop new products, we also want to keep our roots in short track racing,” stated Sweet Manufacturing President Jody Kelsey. “As Randy always did, we are continuing to develop and work with short track racers across the country to make sure that our products are at the top of the game. We will also keep developing new and leading-edge products for the future.”

Kelsey added, “Randy Sweet built Sweet Manufacturing around short track racing and we are proud to say that we will continue that into the future. As CRA continues to grow as some of the leading short track traveling series in the country, they also continue to go to some of the most historic race tracks that we believe are very important to our industry. Short track racing as a whole means everything to Sweet Manufacturing, that’s why we are proud to continue to support CRA and its top two series again in 2022!”

“We are very happy to have Sweet Manufacturing back on board supporting CRA and our top two series,” remarked Glenn Luckett, Series Director of Champion Racing Association. “Randy Sweet was always a huge part of short track racing, and we are honored to have Sweet Manufacturing supporting our racers again and we look forward to continuing to develop this great relationship!”

Sweet Manufacturing was incorporated in 1978 with the basic concept of providing racers with steering products that would offer a competitive advantage. All of Sweet’s products have been designed and built using the experience and knowledge gained from Randy Sweet’s 50 years of racing competition, along with continuous input from the nation’s top drivers, engineers, and chassis builders. Randy’s extensive material knowledge has led Sweet to build some of the best and strongest parts in the industry.

Always using the best materials for the application along with extensive testing with friends and clients in the industry started what Sweet has today, the leading steering and suspension components in the racing world.
