ASA Southern Super Series Releases 2023 Schedule

Another exciting season of racing is on tap at Montgomery Motor Speedway, as the historic half-mile will add another chapter to its legacy dating back 70 years.
The Show Me the Money Series is back for another year of Pro Late Model action, with six races on tap for its 13th season. As always, the year will begin with the series' crown jewel event, the Alabama 200 on March 4.
2023 marks the 59th running of the Alabama 200, which will pay $10,000 to the winner. The Show Me the Money Pro Late Models will be joined by the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour and Montgomery's Shelby Concrete Street Stocks.
Montgomery Motor Speedway has long been a fixture on the ASA Southern Super Series schedule, and that tradition will continue in 2023. While the event has traditionally taken place during the summer months in recent years, this year Montgomery will host the touring Super Late Models on April 15.
The Show Me the Money Series will be back in action on April 29 with the Spring Explosion 100. There will also be racing on Memorial Day Weekend at Montgomery, with the Disturbing the Peace 100 scheduled for May 27.
Montgomery Motor Speedway will race on Father's Day Weekend as well, hosting the Bring Dad to the Races 100 on June 17. The Show Me the Money Series schedule wraps up with the Saturday of Speed 125 on August 5 and the Fall Brawl 100 on September 30.
Montgomery is also "home base" for the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour, which will host two races for the series in 2023. Along with the Hunt for the Bear 59 on the same night as the Alabama 200, the series will race at Montgomery on October 28 as part of the Alabama State Championships.
The Modifieds of Mayhem will also visit Five Flags Speedway, Crisp Motorsports Park, Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, Mobile International Speedway and Citrus County Speedway during its 2023 season. The full schedule can be seen below.
The visit to Mobile will mark the series' first since 2018, when Augie Grill swept a pair of events for the tour at the track. Citrus County Speedway will be a brand new track for the series, marking the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour's first visit to Central Florida.
