SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CONTENT AND PRODUCTION
As a critical member of RTA Media’s and Racing America’s team, the Sr. Director of Content and Production will build, create, and manage video content and video content strategy across all channels, including digital, OTT, PPV, and FAST. The ideal candidate is a passionate motorsports expert with content management and content creation experience, who can collaborate and communicate across multiple teams. The position requires subject matter expertise in motorsports, with experience in content creation, social media, and/or television production.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage content and create content distribution plans across all platforms
Develop and execute original content ideas for short and long format programming
Act as constant video content liaison between Racing America and all 16 NASCAR Cup Teams
Manage programming on 24-hour FAST streaming channel
Creating and managing all production budgets
Schedule and lead meetings to direct planning and content execution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3-6+ years of experience in the content creation and production
Ability to plan and execute content projects
Experience managing budgets
Ability to communicate, collaborate and be a leader across departments
