Before next weekend's Alabama 200, Montgomery Motor Speedway opens its gates on Saturday, February 28 for its Baby Bear races for Outlaws and Crown Stocks.
Before next weekend's Alabama 200, Montgomery Motor Speedway opens its gates on Saturday, February 28 for its Baby Bear raes for Outlaws and Crown Stocks.
The Baby Bear Races welcome the Hometown Automotive Solutions Crown Stocks and South Alabama Plumbing & Electric Outlaws, giving them center stage before the historic Alabama 200 weekend. The Crown Stocks will race in both a 10-lap "Non-Winners" event and a 25-lap feature, while the Outlaws race for 35 laps around the Montgomery half-mile.
Racing begins at 6:30 p.m. CT/7:30 p.m. ET at Montgomery on Saturday. Fans can subscribe to RacingAmerica.TV to watch Saturday's racing, as well as the 62nd Annual Alabama 200 on March 7.
The Alabama 200 will bring a star-studded field of Pro Late Model competitors to the historic event, with entries already announced including defending race winner John Bolen, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series competitor Kaden Honeycutt, three-time Show Me the Money Series champion Christopher Tullis, past Snowball Derby winner Dave Mader, III and more.
The Rogers-Dabbs Performance Modifieds of Mayhem Tour also returns to action in the Hunt for the Bear 62 during next weekend's Alabama 200 festivities.
