N. Woodstock, NH — White Mountain Motorsports Park (WMMP) officials are excited to announce a new division partner for the famed Flying Tigers. Under the moniker as the ‘Number One Support Division in North America,’ the Flying Tigers have torn up Northern New England speedways since the early 1980s and have been a successful part of the White Mountain weekly line-up for over a decade. In 2023, the division will be under a new name as they become the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers for, at least, the next three years.
The deal came about under the partnership of two local Fisher Auto Parts stores in Littleton, New Hampshire and St. Johnsbury, Vermont. These two towns have been full of avid race fans and ardent supporters for Northern New England racing for decades. Who could ever forget the Littleton-area’s Ingerson Brothers and Ronnie Marvin who led the charge at multiple speedplants through the 1950s, '60s and '70s? St. Johnsbury’s equally illustrious background includes such strong supporters as the Bigelow Family of drivers, writers and officials, iconic flagman Archie Blackadar and the multi-generation Cahoon Clan.
The Littleton and St. Johnsbury communities have been supporting North Woodstock’s White Mountain Motorsports Park for over 30 years with many of these same fans, teams and crew members also supporting their local Fisher Auto Parts locations. “We have a pile of customers that go to White Mountain, both as fans and drivers, and I worked on a few Mini Stock and Dwarf car crews over the years,” said St. Johnsbury Fisher Auto Parts manager Kevin Kendall. “The Tigers have always stood out as a competitive league over the years so when we heard they needed a sponsor, it was a no-brainer for me.”
Littleton Fisher Auto Parts manager Todd Colpitts seconded Kendall’s view. “White Mountain is a special place for me, I grew up there and raced there for a time,” said Colpitts. “When we heard the Tigers were in need of a sponsor Kevin and I got together and we’re excited about the next few summers at our favorite racetrack.”

“We are thankful to Todd and Kevin to have Fisher Auto Parts on board,” said White Mountain managing partner Cris Michaud. “They are just as enthusiastic as we are and show the same love and interest for White Mountain as we do, this is a very exciting move for our Flying Tigers.”
The Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers start their season off in earnest on Saturday, May 20th as White Mountain Motorsports Park opens for the 31st time. All six White Mountain divisions will be in attendance alongside the 47th appearance of the Pro All Stars Series Super Late Models to help kickstart the 2023 season in style!
