Tyler Reddick will lead the field to the green flag in Sunday's DuraMax Texas Grand Prix Powered by RelaDyne at Circuit of The Americas, earning his third career pole position at the Austin, Texas road course.
Coming off back-to-back wins in the NASCAR Cup Series, Reddick clocked in at 97.760 seconds during Saturday's qualifying session. With Sunday's race marking the sixth NASCAR Cup Series event at Circuit of The Americas, Reddick now holds the pole award from half of those events.
Reddick is also a former winner at COTA, taking the win in 2023. Reddick now holds both pole positions since the circuit started utilizing the shorter, 2.400-mile layout for NASCAR competition.
Ross Chastain qualified second, followed by Chase Briscoe, Ryan Blaney and Chase Elliott. Christopher Bell, last year's winner at COTA, was eighth fastest.
Shane van Gisbergen, who enters Sunday's event riding a five-race winning streak in NASCAR Cup Series road course events, qualified 13th.
The DuraMax Texas Grand Prix Powered by RelaDyne takes the green flag at 3:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, with coverage on FOX, the Performance Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
