Morgan & Morgan, the largest injury firm in the United States, has joined together with Richard Childress Racing to serve as a primary sponsor of both Austin Dillon and Kyle Busch in the NASCAR Cup Series.
The innovative partnership between Morgan & Morgan and Richard Childress Racing marks the first race team-injury law firm partnership within the ranks of the NASCAR Cup Series.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Richard Childress Racing and support Kyle Busch and Austin Dillon in the coming years,” said Dan Morgan, managing partner of Morgan & Morgan. “Morgan & Morgan is dedicated to fighting and winning for the people, not the powerful, and RCR’s shared interests in giving back to the community and cause marketing further solidified this partnership. We can’t wait to see Kyle and Austin represent Morgan & Morgan on the track.”
The personal injury firm will make its sponsorship debut in the NASCAR Cup Series in the Cookout Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway, the opening round of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, aboard the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro, driven by Austin Dillon.
Entering the regular-season finale at Daytona, a race in which he scored the victory in 2022, Dillon is not currently locked into the post-season but will look to change that with another victory at the historic 2.5-mile superspeedway.
“Morgan & Morgan’s family focus, investment in technology, innovative approach to business, and trustworthiness aligns well with Richard Childress Racing and the way we operate our race team,” said Richard Childress, chairman and CEO of Richard Childress Racing. “This is a first-of-its-kind partnership within the NASCAR Cup Series and we’re proud to be trailblazers in the personal injury law firm sponsorship category.”
Morgan & Morgan will then return to the track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, when the company serves as a primary sponsor of the playoff-eligible driver of the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro, Kyle Busch, at his home track on October 15.
In his first year with Richard Childress Racing, Kyle Busch is a three-time winner in the NASCAR Cup Series, scoring victories at Auto Club Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway, and World Wide Technology Raceway.
According to a press release from Richard Childress Racing, Morgan & Morgan will return to the team in 2024 for an increased sponsorship slate on both the No. 3 and No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro entries at NASCAR's top level.
