CONCORD, NC (May. 5, 2023) – Racing America announced today that long-time racing executive Christa Leader has been named head of content. Leader will work closely with Racing America’s President Colin Smith and General Manager Emily McCarty to increase collaboration, performance, and growth across all of Racing America’s content platforms.  Leader begins the role officially on June 1.

Her main responsibility will be liaising with the NASCAR Cup teams and exploring more ways to collaborate with them on content creation and production services.

“We are all so pleased to get someone with Christa’s content and production credentials especially within the racing vertical,” said Smith. “She has a strong storytelling and editing background and will be an excellent fit with our current team.  She will also be a great addition to lead a tremendous opportunity around building new racing content for both the RTA teams and Racing America.”

Leader brings a wealth of experience from numerous content jobs, most recently as owner of Leader Productions, an agency that specializes in managing all aspects of content creation with an emphasis on storytelling across sports properties.
