Erik Jones and LEGACY MOTOR CLUB have secured the support of Draiver, a vehicle delivery logistics company, for next weekend's inaugural Chicago Street Race in Chicago, Illinois, the team announced Friday.

The company, headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, provides the industry's most intelligent on-demand vehicle delivery, with operations running throughout the United States, Canada and South America.

Founded in 2013 by Zarif Haque, Draiver introduced a revolutionary approach to moving vehicles, through an advanced AI logistics platform and a fully insured independent driver network to deliver vehicles faster, safer, and more profitably. Today, the rapidly-scaling company has completed over a million vehicle moves while providing unprecedented visibility into the vehicle delivery process.

Draiver's primarily black and gold branding will be displayed prominently on the No. 43 Chevrolet Camaro for the historic event, as the NASCAR Cup Series tackles a Street Course for the first-time in its 75-year history.

“It’s awesome to have Draiver on the No. 43 Chevrolet for the Chicago Street Course event,” said Jones. “This is a new event so there will be lots of eyes on this race and a new partner coming into the sport is just exciting overall. The paint scheme on the No. 43 is really neat and clean and will stand out on the track. A street course in NASCAR is new for everyone, so we hope to have a great showing for Draiver and our fans.”

Jones is a three-time winner in the NASCAR Cup Series, including a victory last season in the No. 43 entry for Petty GMS Motorsports - the team's former identity, prior to adding Jimmie Johnson as co-owner at the start of 2023.

"Bringing new partners to our team and into the sport is really critical for continued growth,” said co-owner Johnson. “There will be a lot of eyes on this race in Chicago and so it’s a great opportunity for Draiver to join the Club.

Through the first 16 events of the year, the No. 43 Chevrolet Camaro, driven by Jones, has scored a pair of top-10 results at Atlanta (eighth) and Talladega (sixth), and currently sits 30th in standings.

“LEGACY MOTOR CLUB and Erik Jones value speed and innovation as much as we do,” said Haque. “As experts in smarter, faster vehicle movement, Draiver is perfectly aligned with NASCAR and their very first Chicago Street Race.”

The highly-anticipated action in Chicago, Illinois is set to take place next weekend, July 2, at 5:30 PM ET, with coverage coming on NBC, Peacock, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
