Schluter Systems, a long-time supporter of Corey LaJoie, will return to Spire Motorsports as a primary sponsor of the 31-year-old driver for a total of six NASCAR National Series events in 2023. According to a press release from the race team, LaJoie will carry the bold orange and white Schluter colors in two NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races and four NASCAR Cup Series events this season.

The first race of LaJoie's 2023 partnership with Schluter will be the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season-opening NextEra Energy 250 at Daytona International Speedway.

LaJoie is particularly pleased about the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts, as Spire Motorsports reached victory lane in the Series last year at Martinsville Speedway with William Byron driving the truck.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Schluter Systems back for another great season at Spire Motorsports,” said LaJoie. “Schluter has been an irreplaceable asset and a key partner throughout much of my career. Adding the truck races this year will create some additional excitement and opportunities to find victory lane. I’m really looking forward to climbing into the No. 7 Schluter Systems Chevrolet Silverado at Daytona International Speedway to kick off the season.”

The bold new schedule, which includes Truck Series action, is the perfect way for Schluter to celebrate its seventh season as a sponsor of LaJoie.

“We are now entering our seventh year partnering with Corey LaJoie and our third year with Spire Motorsports,” said Schluter Systems, North America Chief Sales Officer, Dee DeGooyer in a team press release. “It has been wonderful for the team at Schluter to watch Corey excel and share in his success. We look forward to supporting Corey and the Spire Motorsports team yet again. It's generated a great deal of excitement for us and we have confidence that the 2023 season will be no different.”

Here is Corey LaJoie's complete Schluter Systems Primary Sponsorship Schedule for 2023:

  • February 17, Daytona (Trucks)
  • May 12, Darlington (Trucks)
  • May 21, North Wilkesboro All-Star Open (Cup)
  • June 4, Gateway (Cup)
  • June 11, Sonoma (Cup)
  • July 16, New Hampshire (Cup)

Schluter Systems are the latest sponsorship partner announced for LaJoie and the Spire Motorsports team for the 2023 season.

Last week in the Busch Light Clash at the LA Memorial Coliseum, LaJoie carried the new FOX television show "Animal Control" as his primary sponsor.

Next week in the NASCAR Cup Series season-opening Daytona 500, LaJoie will have Celsius as his primary sponsor. Celsius will serve as a multi-race primary for LaJoie this year.

Additionally, the Jessie Rees Foundation will have its Team NEGU branding on the No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro in six events this season.

LaJoie scored the first top-five finish of his NASCAR Cup Series career in 2022 in the spring event at Atlanta Motor Speedway. LaJoie followed that impressive performance up with another stout showing at Atlanta in the Summer.

LaJoie led a season-high 19 laps in the race around the 1.54-mile speedway in Hampton, Georgia, and was in a battle with Chase Elliott in the closing laps for the race win.

Unfortunately, for LaJoie, the battle for the checkered flag ended up in a crash and a 21st-place finish. LaJoie will look to avenge that near-miss this season.
