After a very successful NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut with TRICON Garage at North Wilkesboro Speedway, Brenden Queen, the driver affectionately known as Butterbean, will run it back for two more NASCAR Truck races.

On Tuesday, TRICON Garage announced that Queen will return to the seat of the No. 1 Toyota Tundra for the upcoming NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events at Nashville Superspeedway on June 28 and Kansas Speedway on September 27.

Queen impressed mightily at North Wilkesboro Speedway, where he has tasted victory before in CARS Tour competition. He started his NASCAR Truck Series debut weekend by clocking the fastest time in practice at the 0.625-mile short track in Wilkes County.

Despite starting back in the 26th position when qualifying was washed out for his series debut last month, Queen methodically worked his way through the field and by the time the checkered flag was displayed in the Wright Brand 250 at North Wilkesboro, the CARS Tour standout snagged an impressive fourth-place finish.

After climbing from his No. 1 truck, a large portion of the North Wilkesboro Speedway grandstands were loudly cheering, "Butterbean! Butterbean!" It goes without saying, the 26-year-old driver left his mark on the track that day.

Queen has scored one victory in the CARS Tour Late Model Stock division so far this season, and the Virginia native has a career total of six wins in that division.

It'll be interesting to see what the short track shoe can do on intermediate ovals such as Nashville and Kansas.
