The No. 78 Live Fast Motorsports team will partner with Affliction Clothing for this weekend's Cook Out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. The team's Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 will have a dark, and punishing look as the team heads to the Lady in Black.

The partnership is a natural one, as BJ McLeod, who will drive the car and is co-owner of the team, is a longtime supporter of the Affliction clothing line.

The paint scheme will feature a black base color and will have gray skulls, and lightning bolts as well as some intense red accents throughout the machine.

"Team Affliction is so excited to see BJ [McLeod] tear up the track with an Affliction-designed car this weekend," a representative from Team Affliction stated in a press release. "The car features some of our most popular artwork and design elements. We believe this is the perfect representation of the LIVE FAST lifestyle that both B.J. and team Affliction live by every day."

The cool thing about the partnership is that the car literally looks like McLeod stepped into his closet, and wrapped the car with shirts from his wardrobe. McLeod is proud to be carrying the Team Affliction artwork on his chest, and his car this weekend.

“Affliction has been a huge asset to my wardrobe for the past two decades. As a proud member of Team Affliction, I look forward to showcasing my personal style on the track,” McLeod said.

For those unfamiliar with Affliction Clothing, the brand has been recognized over the years for its unique blend of rock 'n' roll aesthetics and streetwear sensibilities.

McLeod, who has notched two top-10 finishes over the course of his NASCAR Cup Series driving career, has seen an uptick in performance this season with the No. 78 team. Through 16 starts this year, McLeod is on pace to secure his career-best average finish.

Darlington will be a tough test for McLeod though, as his career-best finish at the 1.366-mile oval is a 27th-place effort in 2021. He'll look to carry Affliction to his best-ever finish at the track.
