Spencer Speedway Set to Open 70th Season on Friday, June 6

Spencer Speedway will roar back to life this Friday, June 6, as the historic oval launches its 70th season with a can’t-miss evening of high-speed, family-friendly racing action. The event marks the official Season Opener and will be celebrated as “Kid’s Night”, offering fans of all ages a packed lineup featuring the Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series and the Race of Champions Late Model Series.

The night will also see the return of the Race of Champions Super Stock Series, Rocket Performance 602 Sportsman Modified Series, and Wilbert’s U-Pull It Four Cylinder and Super Six Divisions, ensuring a thrilling night from green to checkered.

“We are ready to get going,” stated defending Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series champion, Kevin Timmerman, who also calls Spencer Speedway his home track. “It’s time to get on track and get back to racing. We’re looking forward to it as is our entire community.”
