Tyler Rypkema was fastest in qualifying for the John Blewett III Memorial Wednesday evening at New Smyrna Speedway, with a lap of 17.535 seconds. He was followed by the dominator of this year's World Series thus far, Matt Hirschman, with Ronnie Williams, Patrick Emerling and Jimmy Blewett completing the top five. Blewett will start on the pole after a five-car invert.
For the third time this week, World Series Super Late Model points leader Casey Roderick set fast time in Super Late Model qualifying with a time of 17.882 seconds. William Sawalich was second, followed by Jake Finch.
Pro Late Models will begin Wednesday's racing action on Night #6 of the World Series, followed by the Florida Modifieds. The Super Late Models will take the track next, with the John Blewett III Memorial concluding the night's festivities.
