Inclement Weather Cancels Friday Action at Hickory, Sets Up Double-Header on Saturday

The battle for the win in the first PASS race of the day at Hickory Motor Speedway ended in a crash and controversy.
A battle for the win turned into controversy in the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Model St. Patrick's 150 at Hickory Motor Speedway.
With two laps to go in the 150-lap event, Cole Butcher and Mike Hopkins made contact battling for the lead and the win. Hopkins spun into the inside wall, collecting Garrett Hall in the process, before driving his car towards Butcher under caution to express his displeasure.
Cole Butcher, who swept the Easter Bunny 150 weekend one year ago, was sent to the rear of the field by race control for his role in the incident. Ryan Moore inherited the lead and won the race.
The St. Patrick's Day 150 is the first of two PASS races at Hickory today. Click here to purchase your all-access pass and watch the Easter Bunny 150 Saturday afternoon on RacingAmerica.TV.
