Saturday's program of the Winchester 400 weekend has been postponed to Sunday morning due to inclement weather.

"We thank everyone for their patience today as we have tried to wait out the weather pattern," said Winchester Speedway officials in a statement. "At this time it is still precipitating and the humidity is at 99%. We have no choice but to postpone tonight's racing program until tomorrow morning and run a doubleheader event."

With the postponement, racing will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, October 15 to make up the events that were part of Saturday's feature lineup. Those races include the Midwest Modifieds Tour Run for the Gun 50, a 40-lap CRA Late Model Sportsman feature, a 30-lap event for CRA Street Stocks and a 25-lap feature for Winchester Speedway's Crown Stocks.

The pit gates will open at 7:30 a.m. ET and spectator gates will open at 9:00 a.m. for the makeup program. Once complete, the grandstands will be cleared, and the Sunday program will begin as originally planned with all festivities, including the pre-race autograph session.

For those not able to attend, the Saturday makeup program will still be available to Racing America subscribers. The Winchester 400 will be available on Racing America via pay-per-view.

The starting lineup for the Winchester 400 has been set based on practice times, with a redraw of the top eight based on the ASA STARS National Tour rulebook. Cole Butcher will start on the pole, followed by his Wilson Motorsports teammates Gio Ruggiero and William Sawalich.
