Qualifying Results from SpeedFest 2022 at Cordele

Both Late Model divisions saw quick time go to Nashville Fairgrounds track champions.

Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway was represented well in qualifying for SpeedFest at Crisp Motorsports Park, with a pair of track champions pacing the field during the time trial sessions.

Two-time Nashville track champion Michael House topped the charts in Super Late Model qualifying, with time of 15.648 seconds around the 3/8-mile oval. Bubba Pollard was second, followed by Carson Hocevar, Corey Heim and Daniel Dye.

Heim drew the pole in a top-eight redraw. Daniel Dye will join him on the front row. Bubba Pollard will start third, with Chandler Smith fourth and House fifth. Stephen Nasse, Carson Hocevar and Jake Garcia completed the eight redraw positions.

Dylan Fetcho, the 2020 track champion at Nashville, set fast time in qualifying for the Pro Late Model 100. He was joined at the top of the charts by fellow Nashville champion Cole Williams, Derek Griffith, Michael Hinde and Graham Campbell.

A 10-car invert was drawn for the Pro Late Model feature, putting Cody King on the pole with Jake Bollman joining him on the front row.

Cody Stickler set fast time in qualifying for the Modifieds. Saturday's North/South Modified Shootout is a combination event between the Modifieds of Mayhem and the Midwest Modified Tour.

In final practice/qualifying for the Van Hoy Oil CRA Street Stocks, Chad Pendleton set the quickest lap at 18.488 seconds.

Racing will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday with the Legends feature. It will be followed by the Street Stock 50, the 100-lap JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Pro Late Model feature, the North/South Modified Shootout and the 150-lap Super Late Model feature co-sanctioned by the ARCA/CRA Super Series and Southern Super Series.
