Zach Riehl Joins List of Montana 200 Winners at Mission Valley

Gabe Brown bagged his first victory of the year with the Pro All Stars Series on Sunday, taking the checkered flag as part of the PASS Spectacular at White Mountain Motorsports Park.
Brown passed Sylas Ripley on lap 77 of the 150-lap Super Late Model contest, maintaining the top spot the rest of the way for his first PASS win since the 2023 PASS 400 at Oxford Plains Speedway.
Brown led a Dale Shaw Race Cars sweep of the podium, with D.J. Shaw narrowly beating Ripley to the line in a photo finish for second behind Brown.
"That's a really badass race car right here," said Brown in victory lane. "My guys worked really hard and obviously the top three shows what kind of car you should have. We work so hard at Dale Shaw Race Cars to get everyone the best piece we have. Joey Doiron helped us out a bunch today and the last couple of weeks.
"We've had a couple of parts failures in the last two races out. We needed this run bad, and it feels good. Hopefully, it's going to turn our season around."
Shaw completed the last lap pass on Ripley, crossing the line just 0.01 seconds ahead of the young gun. It is Shaw's third runner-up finish under the PASS banner in 2025, as last year's series champion still seeks his first win of the year.
"All around, solid day for us," said Shaw. "I thought we were probably too fast in practice. I didn't really know what to do with it. As it turned out, we ended up being the second or third best car in the long run there. All in all, it's a solid points day for us, good recovery from Star.
"We're going to keep plugging away and hopefully the win will come. One-two-three for Dale Shaw Race Cars today, so proud of that. Ready to go on to the next one."
Meanwhile, Ripley finished third for the third time in as many PASS points-paying starts on the year. A winner last year in Oxford Championship Series competition, Ripley led several laps during the first half of the race and once again showed his ability to compete with the best in the region.
"This tour is really competitive," said Ripley. "I'd like to thank Gabe and DJ for racing clean me at the end. I'd like to thank Team Hornaday, mom, dad, happy birthday to dad, Chase, Brody, Austin, Ryan Ledbetter, Travis, Troy, Nate, and all of my team."
Johnny Clark finished fourth, with Jimmy Renfrew, Jr. rounding out the top five.
The next event on the PASS schedule brings the series to Oxford Plains Speedway next Sunday, July 20. The event is a make-up race originally scheduled for May 4, during a stretch of dates where Mother Nature routinely soured Oxford's plans to race with both PASS and its local divisions.
