Jake Finch enters the second stop on the Road to the Snowflake 100 as the points leader for the Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series after winning the season opener.
Casey Roderick, coming off a dominant victory last week in Pro Late Model competition at Montgomery Motor Speedway, is also part of the field. Augie Grill, a two-time Snowball Derby and three-time Snowflake 100 winner, will also make the trip to Five Flags.
Kulwicki Driver Development Program finalist Seth Christensen will look for another win to add to his collection on the season after a victory at Mobile earlier in the year. Other drivers with Pro Late Model wins away from Five Flags this year, such as Jett Noland and Spencer Davis, are also entered and promise to be in contention.
The full entry list can be viewed below.
Finch leads Cole Williams by one point and Dustin Smith by two points after the first race of the Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series. These races pave the Road to the Snowflake 100, held on the eve of the Snowball Derby each year at Five Flags Speedway.
Those points battles are important, as drivers who finish in the top 10 in series points are potentially eligible for a provisional starting spot in the Snowflake 100 if they fail to qualify for the race on time. The Allen Turner Snowflake 100 always draws a stacked field of competitors looking for the prestigious win on Snowball Derby weekend.
The second round for the Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series is part of Friday's racing program at Five Flags Speedway. Pro Trucks, Pure Stocks and Crown Stocks will also be in action, with the green flag waving at 8 p.m. CT/9 p.m. ET.
Friday's race day program also includes the annual Kids Bike Races at Five Flags, which will follow the Pure Stock feature. For those not attending, coverage will be available on RacingAmerica.TV.
