Five Flags Speedway officials have unveiled the preliminary entry list for Friday's Tibbetts Lumber 100, the third race of the year for the Deep South Cranes Blizzard Series at the Pensacola half-mile.
Currently, 20 cars are entered for Friday's race, co-sanctioned with the ASA Southern Super Series. It marks the penultimate stop on the Road to the 58th Annual Snowball Derby, with just the Night of Champions on September 27 remaining after Friday's race.
Cole Butcher enters Friday's race as the points leader for the Blizzard Series after winning the first two races of the year. Butcher won the ASA STARS National Tour's Sunshine State 200, as well as the Blizzard Series event on April 11.
Meanwhile, Bubba Pollard enters Five Flags as the championship leader in the ASA Southern Super Series, 10 points ahead of Butcher. Last June, Pollard earned his 25th career Blizzard Series victory, and hopes to add to that collection on Friday.
Three other ASA Southern Super Series race winners in 2025 - Gavan Boschele, Matt Craig and Colby Howard - are also entered for Friday's Tibbetts Lumber 100. Boschele won the Clyde Hart Memorial at New Smyrna Speedway during the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing in February. Craig won the most recent ASA Southern Super Series race at Montgomery Motor Speedway, while Colby Howard won at Hickory Motor Speedway.
Other drivers to watch in Friday's race include 2024 Allen Turner Snowflake 100 winner Stephen Nasse, Spencer Davis, coming off a win in the Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series, ASA STARS National Tour Madison winner Carson Brown, ARCA Menards Series race winner Jake Finch and more.
The Blizzard Series race will be one of six feature races on Friday night at Five Flags Speedway. The Modifieds of Mayhem Tour kicks off a doubleheader weekend at Five Flags before heading to Mobile International Speedway on Saturday. The Samson Performance and Restoration Legacy Series will also be in action, as well as Outlaws, Sportsman and Crown Stocks.
Racing begins at 7:30 p.m. CT/8:30 p.m. ET on Friday evening. Fans can watch live on RacingAmerica.TV on Friday night. Click here to become a RacingAmerica.TV subscriber and tune in on Friday.
