Cale Hall sealed the Pro Late Model track championship for 2024 at Cordele Motor Speedway, winning the 100-lap feature at the Georgia facility on Saturday night.
Hall moved to the top spot on lap 26 and led the rest of the distance, finishing more than five seconds ahead of Nick Loden in a dominant display. The win secured Hall’s second Pro Late Model title at Cordele.
“We knew we had a fast car all day,” said Hall in victory lane. “The guys put together a fast car coming into this week. All I had to do was put together a good race.
“It’s my second time in the Late Model, and it feels awesome. We’ve got another championship win, and I can’t wait for more.”
Hall finished in the top five in all four points-paying Pro Late Model events at Cordele Motor Speedway. After finishing fourth in the Georgia Pro Late Model Spring Nationals in March, Hall scored runner-up finishes to Jett Noland in June and Bubba Pollard in August.
Saturday night was Hall’s turn to go to victory lane. Loden finished second, followed by Garrett Gumm, Colin Allman and Hudson Bulger.
While the Pro Late Model championship season is over at Cordele Motor Speedway, there is still racing left to contest there in 2024. The Ray Ingle Memorial 54 is scheduled for October 12, featuring Crown Vics, Pure Stocks, Mini Stocks, Enduros, Legends and Bandoleros.
October 26 marks the return of the World Crown 300, featuring the UARA National Super Late Models. The 32nd World Crown 300 will pay $35,000 to the winner, and $2,500 to start.
