- Tonight kicks off the Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series at Five Flags Speedway (FL). There will be four Pro Late Model events leading up to the Allen Turner Snowflake 100 the night before the Snowball Derby in December.

- Five Flags Speedway is the backdrop for the Allen Turner Pro Late Model series. The Pensacola, Florida oval is a speedplant where tire wear is critical. The track opened in 1953. The half-mile oval has banking at 15 degrees.

- The Pro Late Models will go for 100 laps. The Sportsman and the Pure Stocks will be racing as well.

- Last year Jake Garcia, Matt Craig and William Sawalich won the feature events in the Pro Late Model class, with Jake Garcia winning twice.

- The pre-race entire list features 24 drivers. They are listed below

- By our count, only Chris Davidson, William Sawalich, Jake Garcia, Hunter Robbins and Chris Davidson have won Pro Late Model races at Five Flags among this weekend's entries.

- Chris Davidson seeks a third-straight Pro Late Model championship at Five Flags. It’s never been accomplished in the Pro Late Model ranks. Years ago, Gerald Wilkerson won three in a row in the late 80’s.

- Casey Roderick is back looking to add to his win total and his championship total. He’s won three Blizzard titles and a pair of Pro Late Model titles. Roderick won both the ARCA/CRA Super Series race and the CRA/JEGS Pro Late Model race at Salem Speedway (IN) earlier this year on the same day.

- John Bolen comes into the weekend after a strong showing on the Super Late Model side at Five Flags. A third-place finish on night one has him third in the points after a pair of races. Bolen will be looking for a solid finish again.

- Racing America will be the home for flag-to-flag coverage for all feature events on Friday night. If you can’t make it to Pensacola, Florida then watch the action here.
